His main scientific interests and expertise are: expert systems for forecasting and decision support, participatory approaches for gaining knowledge and knowledge transfer, the concept of ecosystem health, epidemiology and public health, but also the development of standards and tools for multidisciplinary research.
Besides he is working as an IT and data processing freelancer and he is involved in media production as well as in art projects like interactive media and photography.
Martin Wildenberg (Contact)
His main scientific interests and expertise are: the use and development of participative methods and models especially in the wide field of sustainability research. He also works on indicator development and sustainability assessment in applied projects. He believes that understanding the dynamics of socio-ecological systems requires new research methods, including new ways of communicating the results across disciplinary and cultural borders.
